The Professional Services Consultants selection shall be in accordance with the Illinois Procurement Code specifically section30 ILCS 500 Procurement of Professional & Artistic Services, the Joint Committee on Administrative Rules section 4.2035 (Competitive Selection Procedures for Professional and Artistic Services), and section 3005(g) Construction and Construction Related Professional Services.
